1. Goal
Use this guide to create a new request on The Age of Pisces, including filling in the required fields and choosing the options that help the request get managed properly.
2. Before you start
Make sure you have:
- An Age of Pisces account, or an invitation to join the platform.
- A title for the request and a description of what you need.
- The product the request is for and, if you know them, its category, pipeline and priority.
- If you are an internal user: the client the request is for.
3. Steps
A. Open a new request
Go to theageofpisces.app/dashboard and log in.
Select Requests.

Select New Request to start creating a request.

B. Fill in the request details
Click the What is this request? field and enter a title for the request.

Open the Client menu and choose the client the request is for. In this example, select Test. If you are a client user, this defaults to your own client.

Open the Product menu and choose the product the request is about. In this example, select Pisces.

Open the Category menu and choose a category, or leave the request unclassified. In this example, select Feature.

Open the Pipeline menu and assign the request to a pipeline, or keep it in Assess. In this example, select Development.

Open the Priority menu and choose Urgent, High, Normal or Low. In this example, select High.

C. Describe and create the request
In the Description field, add the details of your request. This field is compulsory.

Select Create Request.

TIP Category and pipeline are optional: you can leave a request unclassified and in Assess, but the Description field must always be filled in.
4. Result
You know it worked when:
- The new request is created with the title, client, product, category, pipeline, priority and description you entered.
5. If something goes wrong
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| You can’t log in, or you don’t see Requests. | You need an Age of Pisces account or an invitation to join the platform. Ask your AdOr contact to invite you. |
| The Client menu is already filled in. | This is expected for client users: the request defaults to your own client. |
| The request isn’t created when you select Create Request. | Check that the Description field is filled in, as it is compulsory. If it still fails, contact AdOr support with a screenshot and the time it happened. |
